About the role

  • Recruitment Coordinator at Heart & Stroke supporting high volume recruitment for multiple positions. Engage with candidates and partners while contributing to ad hoc HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment support
  • Craft compelling job postings and source top talent
  • Conduct prescreens and complete reference checks
  • Manage interview scheduling and maintain accurate recruitment reports
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout their journey
  • Contribute to exciting ad hoc HR projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting high volume recruitment / multiple positions at once
  • Experience working in applicant tracking systems (JazzHR)
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) - asset
  • Post-secondary education in human resources
  • Organized self-starter
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a high level of accountability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively assess capability and potential for talent needs
  • Proven critical thinking and ability to assess risk and create plans
  • Discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated skills with MS Office suite
  • Bilingual (English/French) an asset
