Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting high volume recruitment / multiple positions at once
- Experience working in applicant tracking systems (JazzHR)
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) - asset
- Post-secondary education in human resources
- Organized self-starter
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a high level of accountability
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively assess capability and potential for talent needs
- Proven critical thinking and ability to assess risk and create plans
- Discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment
- Demonstrated skills with MS Office suite
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
