(Junior) Software Sales Executive working on customer acquisition for a corporate reporting SaaS platform in the DACH region, collaborating with teams across Germany and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Proactively acquire new customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, with potential expansion into other European markets.
Build and maintain your own lead lists and conduct active research in relevant industries and target accounts.
Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, software demos, proposal development, contracts, and handover to delivery.
Provide ongoing account management and grow your customer portfolio, including upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market and competitor analyses (SaaS, reporting, corporate publishing).
Identify new business opportunities: standalone solutions, module potential, and product ideas derived from market feedback.
Participate in internal trainings, webinars and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Requirements
Approximately 2 years of sales experience in the IT/digital/software environment.
Confident handling of B2B software solutions, including delivering customer demos.
Technical understanding and genuine interest in complex software solutions.
Very good German and very good English skills.
Willingness to travel: 5–8 customer visits per month across the DACH region.
