About the role

  • HPEFS Adoption Manager driving adoption of products and services in Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Collaborating with GTM and Business Development teams for strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of roadmap-aligned HPEFS products and services across sales and end-to-end segment teams.
  • Partner with GTM Teams, Business Development, and Category Management teams for execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors.
  • Act as an evangelist for HPEFS product and program adoption.
  • Foster best practice sharing and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within a customer facing role or a consulting position.
  • Previous sales or sales operations experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of HPEFS go-to-market strategies, business units, and segments.
  • Experience with adoption and enablement activities in a complex, global organization.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Working knowledge of business applications such as SFDC.
