About the role

  • Supports sales with pricing and deal governance navigation while managing order bookings. Assists presales organization to focus on customer facing interactions through internal process management.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the entry, management, internal escalation, approval of pricing and deal governance
  • Assisting sales with the navigation of internal processes to gather pricing approvals and booking completion
  • Supporting presales organization and freeing their time for customer facing interactions
  • Establishing and maintaining the portfolio and project management environment based upon Policies, Standards, Customer Engagement Roadmap and Global Method
  • Performing responsibilities as a business unit leader with responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects
  • Initial review of the contractual/bid documentation
  • Interacting with the bid/sales team and gather input as necessary
  • Preparation of the relevant documentation and handling all needed Deal Governance approvals (trigger SFDC PSR/ OBR) in order to submit offer to client as per the HPE policies
  • Opening and following up on approval requests
  • Ensuring that all bid documentation is stored and archived as per the HPE policies
  • Preparation of the relevant documentation and submission (trigger SFDC SBR) of all needed Order Booking Package documents required to get the order booked by the Sales Operations team as per the HPE policies
  • Opening and following up on order booking requests
  • Building strong relationships and partner closely with NWE business management, Sales, Pursuit team, Deal Governance and Solution Operations

Requirements

  • First level university degree
  • 1, 5 years in sales support role or in like roles/businesses.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • French as a plus
  • SFDC - opportunity management/ Deal governance
  • Basic Experience and literacy in - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Deal Governance/ Order booking process knowledge is an advantage
  • Project management fundamentals is an advantage
  • Very good organizational skills, allowing to drive multiple projects in parallel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Customer oriented attitude
