About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensuring smooth hiring operations at HackerRank. Responsible for coordinating interview processes, managing workflows, and supporting candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the complete interview lifecycle scheduling, kick-offs, debriefs, and meet-and-greets with accuracy across global time zones.
  • Manage Greenhouse with ownership: job approvals, postings, updates, templates, automation, reporting, and workflow hygiene.
  • Prepare offer letters, run approval flows, guide candidates through post-offer steps, and ensure all pre-start logistics are aligned.
  • Enable operational flow by supporting onsite meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Exceptionally organized with a knack for creating structure, reducing friction, and keeping processes moving.
  • A Greenhouse power user who has a deep understanding of custom workflows, templates, automation rules, bulk actions, reporting, and best practices end-to-end.
  • AI-native and proactive in using tools, prompts, and insights to streamline coordination and remove manual steps.
  • A clear communicator who builds trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Calm, resourceful, and detail-driven in a fast-paced, operationally heavy role.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000.
  • This range doesn't include stock options or benefits. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
  • Final offer may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other compensation components.
