About the role

  • People Ops Generalist supporting AMER employees at HackerRank. Responsible for HR operations including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People Ops contact for employees and managers across AMER.
  • Partner with PBPs and Talent to support onboarding, offboarding, and key employee lifecycle moments.
  • Provide first-line support for policies, benefits, payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and regional employment regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations/HR Generalist.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based employees and familiarity with AMER employment practices.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
  • Highly proficient with HRIS and People Ops tools, with hands-on experience.
