About the role

  • Referent for SIRH applications at Chambres d’agriculture, ensuring operational condition and support for HR systems. Involves technical expertise, project management, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Operational Maintenance of the HRIS (HR Access)
  • Daily supervision, log analysis, scheduling management
  • Monitor processing and the payroll cycle
  • Level 2 support for Administrative Management, Time and Absence Management, and Training modules
  • Contribute to the supervision of Level 2 support for Payroll and statutory filings
  • Provide technical support to HR teams for ad-hoc tasks
  • Contribute to the administration and configuration of HR applications and interfaces
  • Participate in change management
  • Maintain documentation
  • Participate in HRIS evolution projects

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT (DUT, Master’s, Engineering degree, etc.)
  • Significant experience in application operations
  • Comfortable with both technical and operational aspects
  • Operational management skills: activity tracking, prioritization, reporting, alert handling, coordination
  • Strong analytical mindset, attentive listener, ability to summarize, good writing skills
  • Autonomous, structured, good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Experience with the HR Access application environment (Suite9 or 4You) is a plus
