Responsibilities
Ensure the operational maintenance of the HRIS (Hr Access): daily monitoring, log analysis, job scheduling management, and monitoring of processes including the payroll cycle.
Provide Level II support for the Administrative Management, Time & Absence Management, and Training modules.
Contribute to change management: monitor production deployments and perform technical-functional and operational acceptance tests.
Maintain documentation: update the knowledge base as well as technical and functional documentation.
Requirements
Higher education in IT (DUT, Master’s degree, Engineering degree, etc.)
Strong background and significant experience in application operations and operational maintenance
Experience with the Hr Access application environment (Suite9 or 4You) or other HR applications is a plus
Strong written communication skills
Operational management capabilities: activity monitoring, prioritization, reporting, alert handling, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Analytical mindset, good listening skills, and the ability to synthesize information
