About the role

  • Referent(e) Applications supporting Human Resources applications for agricultural chambers in France. Responsible for operational maintenance and user support, including SIRH system management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational maintenance of the HRIS (Hr Access): daily monitoring, log analysis, job scheduling management, and monitoring of processes including the payroll cycle.
  • Provide Level II support for the Administrative Management, Time & Absence Management, and Training modules.
  • Contribute to change management: monitor production deployments and perform technical-functional and operational acceptance tests.
  • Maintain documentation: update the knowledge base as well as technical and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT (DUT, Master’s degree, Engineering degree, etc.)
  • Strong background and significant experience in application operations and operational maintenance
  • Experience with the Hr Access application environment (Suite9 or 4You) or other HR applications is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Operational management capabilities: activity monitoring, prioritization, reporting, alert handling, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, good listening skills, and the ability to synthesize information
