HR Project & People Manager handling EOR projects in Germany for an international employer-of-record service. Involves onboarding, offboarding, and employee support tasks.
Responsibilities
Operational support for our EOR projects in Germany (employee onboarding and offboarding, contract drafting, personnel master data maintenance)
Ongoing support for employees as the HR point of contact (questions about contracts, vacation, benefits, certificates, etc.)
Coordination of external service providers (e.g., company cars, job tickets, other benefits)
Communication with our international clients, answering operational questions and supporting the sales team with proposals and project implementations
Support for executive management with organizational tasks (e.g., calendar management, preparation of documents, travel management) — acting in part as an Executive Assistant
Contribute to the optimization of our internal HR and project processes
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business administration, or similar
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, HR operations, HR administration, or customer success/account management with strong client contact
Very strong organizational skills, structured and independent working style
Excellent written and spoken English (at least C1 level)
Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
Proficient with MS Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is a plus
Strong service orientation, enjoyment of direct contact with clients and employees, open and communicative personality
