About the role

  • HR Project & People Manager handling EOR projects in Germany for an international employer-of-record service. Involves onboarding, offboarding, and employee support tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support for our EOR projects in Germany (employee onboarding and offboarding, contract drafting, personnel master data maintenance)
  • Ongoing support for employees as the HR point of contact (questions about contracts, vacation, benefits, certificates, etc.)
  • Coordination of external service providers (e.g., company cars, job tickets, other benefits)
  • Communication with our international clients, answering operational questions and supporting the sales team with proposals and project implementations
  • Support for executive management with organizational tasks (e.g., calendar management, preparation of documents, travel management) — acting in part as an Executive Assistant
  • Contribute to the optimization of our internal HR and project processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business administration, or similar
  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, HR operations, HR administration, or customer success/account management with strong client contact
  • Very strong organizational skills, structured and independent working style
  • Excellent written and spoken English (at least C1 level)
  • Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
  • Proficient with MS Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is a plus
  • Strong service orientation, enjoyment of direct contact with clients and employees, open and communicative personality
