About the role

  • Referent for HR applications in agricultural chambers in France. Responsible for support and maintenance of HRIS applications.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Operational Maintenance of the HRIS (Hr Access): daily monitoring, log analysis, job scheduling management, and monitoring of processes and the payroll cycle
  • Provide Level 2 support for the Administrative Management, Time and Absence Management, and Training modules: incident handling, user request management, and coordination with Level 3 support
  • Contribute to supervising Level 2 support for Payroll and declarative filings
  • Provide technical assistance to HR teams for ad-hoc tasks requiring advanced expertise
  • Assist in the administration and configuration of HR applications and interfaces
  • Participate in change management: monitor go-lives and perform technical-functional and operational acceptance testing
  • Maintain documentation: update the knowledge base and technical and functional documents
  • Participate in HRIS evolution projects: tracking, testing, acceptance, integration of reference data, and functional design
  • Take functional ownership of certain projects or work packages, and coordinate operationally with colleagues (IT and business) and stakeholders (internal/external)

Requirements

  • Higher education in computer science or a related field (DUT, Master's, Engineering degree…)
  • Significant experience in operating and maintaining applications in an operational environment
  • Comfortable with both the technical and operational aspects of the role
  • Operational management skills: activity tracking, prioritization, reporting, and alert handling
  • Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, attentive listening, ability to synthesize, and strong written communication skills
  • Autonomous, structured, good interpersonal skills, and a team player
  • Motivated to contribute to the organization of the team
  • Experience with the Hr Access application environment (Suite9 or 4You) is a plus.
