About the role

  • Regional Account Manager driving sales of water & wastewater treatment solutions in the American Midwest. Focus on expanding customer base and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment services, consumables, and parts to drive sales growth
  • Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings
  • Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation’s support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers
  • Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation’s overall business plan.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant technical field (ex: Environmental, etc.)
  • Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including: Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), Nanofiltration (NF)
  • Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector
  • Relevant sales experience in the U.S. or Canada
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter
  • Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities.
