Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term roadmap for sales technology and structure the area to support global scalability.
Performance & Analytics: Define global KPIs, monitor usage across all teams, and build executive-level dashboards to track ROI on tool investments.
Adoption & Optimization: Develop action plans to ensure 100% tool utility and lead global training initiatives and documentation.
Technical Ecosystem: Oversee Salesforce integrations in partnership with Product Development and manage complex troubleshooting workflows.
Financial & Market Oversight: Lead contract renewals, manage the tools budget, and stay ahead of market trends to propose innovative stack changes.
Stakeholder Communication: Manage executive relationships and deliver high-level status reports and strategic newsletters.

Requirements
Extensive background in Sales Systems and significant experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into sales workflows.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build complex dashboards in Excel and other BI tools.
Expert knowledge of project management techniques and a proven ability to prioritize multiple high-stakes global initiatives.
Set clear quarterly goals (OKRs) and KPIs for the team, ensuring individual contributions align with the global Revenue Strategy & Operations objectives.
Strong workflow design skills and a track record of structuring departments or functions from the ground up.
Advanced English proficiency and a passion for interacting with diverse teams and performing high-impact training sessions.
