Support operational stages of the recruitment process, such as organizing schedules, booking interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Participate as an observer in interviews and meetings with hiring managers, developing an understanding of different business areas.
Support job requisition management routines, prepare and develop simple analyses, and use recruitment systems (Greenhouse).
Collaborate with other stakeholders (such as Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and People Ops) to ensure smooth hiring processes.
