About the role

  • Recruiting Coordinator at NextEra Energy handling full-cycle recruitment and supporting onboarding. Ensuring a seamless candidate experience and assisting with talent acquisition events.

Responsibilities

  • The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Act as a liaison between the travel team and recruiters to coordinate candidate travel arrangements.
  • Schedule interviews for high-level candidates, including those meeting with Vice Presidents and executive leadership.
  • Plan and support talent acquisition events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 0+ years
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related administrative role preferred.
