Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing plant and corporate roles across North America

Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency)
Demonstrated experience recruiting in manufacturing/industrial environments and professional corporate roles
Experience hiring for supervisor/lead and professional roles
Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting analytics/reporting (greenhouse preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insight.
