About the role

  • Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for plant and corporate roles at Cyclic Materials. Help build a global cleantech leader transforming waste into valuable raw materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing plant and corporate roles across North America
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, interview plans, and hiring timelines
  • Build and manage pipelines from sourcing through offer and start date
  • Partner with People/HR leadership to support cross-region hiring needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency)
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in manufacturing/industrial environments and professional corporate roles
  • Experience hiring for supervisor/lead and professional roles
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting analytics/reporting (greenhouse preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insight.
