Responsibilities
Close collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition, particularly in operational recruiting.
Independently perform active sourcing for complex and exciting engineering positions and contribute to building and maintaining talent pools.
Manage applicant processes including interview and calendar coordination and maintain our ATS (Softgarden).
Support the People team on a variety of projects, including process development, employer branding, and research.
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in Engineering, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or Economics (ideally with a focus on Human Resources).
Initial experience from internships or previous working-student positions, ideally within HR or recruitment.
Proactive personality with strong teamwork skills, a solution-oriented working style, and a clear "get-things-done" mindset.
Strong IT affinity and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; experience with common ATS platforms is a plus.
Excellent German communication skills, at least C1 level, both written and spoken.
