About the role

- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, plumbers, and key decision-makers.
- Drive sales growth by achieving budgeted revenue and margin targets within your territory.
- Lead product introductions and presentations to showcase innovation and value to clients.
- Analyse market trends and sales data to create actionable strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with customer needs.
- Represent GWA at industry events, site visits, and networking functions to enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- Background in the building industry (plumbing or merchant experience advantageous).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential); experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategies.
- Understanding of construction workflows and decision-making processes.
