Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through tactical execution of analysis and programs for Global Technology Sales
Lead execution with support from BU partners and sales leaders
Focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify actionable insights
Develop scalable, global operational processes to standardize procedures
Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives across the organization
Coach team on best practices related to standardization/scaling
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
12+ years relevant business experience
4+ years Management Consulting experience in a leading global firm
4+ years Business Transformation experience working with senior executives
Strong leadership experience
Consultative and influence skills at executive level
Politically astute; able to navigate complex organizations
Strategic thinking with the ability and experience to develop, implement and document strategies
Highly motivated, goal and results oriented
Ability to communicate vision and strategy
Superior verbal & written communication & presentation skills
