About the role

  • Driving revenue growth through tactical execution of analysis and programs for Global Technology Sales. Leading execution with support from business unit partners and sales leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through tactical execution of analysis and programs for Global Technology Sales
  • Lead execution with support from BU partners and sales leaders
  • Focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify actionable insights
  • Develop scalable, global operational processes to standardize procedures
  • Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives across the organization
  • Coach team on best practices related to standardization/scaling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
  • 12+ years relevant business experience
  • 4+ years Management Consulting experience in a leading global firm
  • 4+ years Business Transformation experience working with senior executives
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Consultative and influence skills at executive level
  • Politically astute; able to navigate complex organizations
  • Strategic thinking with the ability and experience to develop, implement and document strategies
  • Highly motivated, goal and results oriented
  • Ability to communicate vision and strategy
  • Superior verbal & written communication & presentation skills
