About the role
- Responsable des opérations - mandat immobilier basé à Paris pour le client principal de Nhood. Conduire des chantiers structurants et améliorer la performance opérationnelle.
Responsibilities
- Pilotage de la mise en place du nouveau cadre contractuel
- Structurer l’ensemble des documents contractuels
- Proposer une organisation Nhood adaptée
- Produire avec les Métiers, les templates nécessaires à l’exécution du mandat
- Garantir l’adéquation stratégique des outils avec les attentes du client
- Définir les KPIs du contrat avec les Métiers et le Client
- Collecter, analyser et suivre ces KPIs
- Suivre les honoraires et la profitabilité du contrat pour Nhood
- Contribuer à la conduite du changement
Requirements
- Excellente maîtrise des outils de reporting, de planification et de gestion de projet.
- Capacité à produire des livrables opérationnels (templates, process, analyses).
- Solides compétences en analyse de données et en pilotage de KPIs.
- Compréhension globale des métiers impliqués dans le contrat.
- Expérience des environnements contractuels complexes et maîtrise des outils collaboratifs (Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint...).
- Anglais niveau C1.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet, PMO ou coordination opérationnelle.
- Expérience dans un environnement multi-métiers ou auprès de grands comptes.
- Connaissance des enjeux de transformation, de conduite du changement ou de pilotage de performance.
