About the role

  • Client Success Manager at Gartner building client relationships and ensuring service value. Engaging with clients virtually and onboarding new clients to Gartner's services.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and manage relationships with existing clients
  • Meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities
  • Recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and ROI
  • Onboard new clients introducing their purchased Gartner services
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues
