About the role

  • CRM Specialist managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and user behavioral analysis in São Paulo. Building strategies for performance optimization and customer journey development.

Responsibilities

  • Build campaign performance reports to monitor sales results and CRM channel performance for decision-making
  • Conduct analyses to identify opportunities to improve the team's daily results
  • Analyze user behavior, lifecycle and propose segmentations
  • Conduct A/B tests for various experiments and drive continuous improvements
  • Send email marketing, SMS, Push and in-app messages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop segmentation strategies and manage segmentation operations
  • Design customer journeys
  • Develop campaign strategies and calendars
  • Manage list health and deliverability
  • Familiarity with operating campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the CRM team.

Requirements

  • Availability to work on-site 3 times per week in the South Zone of São Paulo, SP
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of HTML, Web Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Intermediate/advanced SQL knowledge
  • Experience in audience segmentation, testing and relationship workflows/automation
  • Experience with Insider is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification are advantages.
