About the role

  • Analista de CRM Social responsible for managing client brand interactions across social media platforms. Engaging creatively and analytically to improve client relationships and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Interact in comments and direct messages on social media in a creative and concise manner;
  • Repost Instagram Stories based on relevant user mentions;
  • Collect data and populate Excel spreadsheets as needed;
  • Provide insights to analysts based on customer behavior.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in one of the following undergraduate programs: Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or Media Studies;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • Analytical and critical mindset to identify issues and propose solutions;
  • Ability to work well in teams;
  • Knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus.
