Responsibilities
Desenvolvimento de negócios (canais, clientes finais, integradores...) focado em ABB Eletrificação e Motion;
Realizar as atividades de atendimento aos clientes e vendas, elaborando orçamentos, respondendo a cotações e negociando condições;
Esclarecer informações sobre produtos e materiais;
Realizar o controle e acompanhamento dos pedidos em andamento, verificando pendências e prazos bem como solicitando ações corretivas;
Realizar as atividades de prospecção de clientes, entrando em contato com potenciais clientes e apresentando a empresa e os produtos;
Realizar visitas a clientes, apresentando a empresa ou acompanhando a área técnica para esclarecer questões técnicas de projetos;
Representar a empresa em questões de cobrança, apoiando a área de cobrança e intermediando as negociações;
Realizar a análise dos pedidos dos clientes e oferecer alternativas de produtos ou serviços.
Requirements
Conhecimento de engenharia de automação / elétrica;
Ensino Superior Completo;
Experiência anterior em vendas de material elétrico;
Conhecimentos em Excel e Word;
Conhecimentos de técnicas de negociação e atendimento ao cliente;
