About the role

  • Sales Development & Operations Specialist at Growth Acceleration Partners. Supporting revenue growth through outbound prospecting and hands-on sales execution for U.S.-based clients in LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth by combining outbound prospecting with hands-on sales execution
  • Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership for outreach and pipeline management
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with Account Executives
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce CRM and track outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT services sales development
  • Proven experience working with U.S. clients
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and sales execution
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Artisan, Apollo
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – full professional fluency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple inboxes, LinkedIn accounts, and pipelines
