Responsibilities
Support revenue growth by combining outbound prospecting with hands-on sales execution
Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership for outreach and pipeline management
Design and execute outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with Account Executives
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups with prospects
Maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce CRM and track outreach efforts
Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT services sales development
Proven experience working with U.S. clients
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and sales execution
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Artisan, Apollo
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – full professional fluency in English
Ability to manage multiple inboxes, LinkedIn accounts, and pipelines
