- Oversee the intake/admission process and ensure that regulatory requirements regarding admission are fulfilled
- Supervise counseling staff who complete intake assessments
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments as needed
- Work with multidisciplinary team in assigning clients to appropriate treatment groups
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of intake department charts
Requirements
- LMHC, LMSW/LCSW or CASAC and two years’ experience supervising substance use disorder
- Demonstrates clinical competence and leadership traits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of and experience working with substance abuse and mental health
