Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, understanding sector trends and client needs across the Food, Drink and Restaurant industries.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for your portfolio to meet growth, profitability and risk objectives.
Act as primary relationship lead, coordinating across product partners to deliver integrated solutions.
Originate opportunities and identify income‑generating initiatives that contribute to Group growth.
Lead credit discussions, negotiate facility terms and collaborate with Credit and Risk teams to structure proposals.
Prepare and present responses to tenders and pitches, working with specialist teams to enhance win rates.
Ensure compliance with Bank and regulatory policies, including oversight of legal documentation and credit sanctions.
Drive continuous improvement by adapting to policy, system and process changes.
Provide leadership within the team - motivating, developing and supporting colleagues.
Requirements
Strong Relationship Management experience with large corporate clients in Corporate & Institutional Banking or an equivalent environment.
Director managing auditing and accounting projects, liaising with partners and clients in a leading accounting firm. Responsible for developing staff and maintaining client relationships.
