About the role

  • Intern role in HR and Recruiting at GreenPocket, focusing on personal development in smart energy. Responsibilities include interview coordination, employee development, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Applicant management: You are the point of contact for candidates from application receipt through to contract signing.
  • Interviewer: You handle candidate selection and initial communication, conducting interviews with suitable applicants.
  • People development: Together with your team, you work on expanding and reorienting employee and leadership development.
  • Idea contributor: You research materials and tools and support the creation and delivery of trainings and workshops.
  • Employer branding: As part of campus/university marketing, you identify suitable measures to attract tomorrow’s employees today.
  • Organizer: As part of the HR team you are a point of contact for our employees (including team-building activities; onboarding & offboarding; contract and reference letter preparation; etc.).
  • Your own project: You will have the opportunity to take on your own project in Recruiting, Employer Branding or Learning & Development.

Requirements

  • You are a enrolled student in business studies, psychology, or a comparable degree program with relevance to HR.
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in HR or Learning & Development.
  • You are a strong communicator and are characterized by a proactive, independent and conscientious working style.
  • You also bring organizational skills and keep an overview even with complex, time-sensitive tasks.
  • You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications.
