Responsibilities
Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment for the Grayce Development Programmes
Conducting candidate screening and interviews
Managing careers calendar and coordinating interviews
Responding to candidate queries via phone and email
Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
Screening applicants and assessing their suitability for our programmes
Ensuring consistent quality assurance throughout recruitment activity
Acting as a point of contact for candidates
Building strong relationships to understand skills, experience, and motivations
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
Demonstrating strong knowledge of Grayce programmes and recruitment processes
Building and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline
Developing an understanding of the attributes that make successful Grayce analysts
Escalating any risks around pipeline, skills or availability to Senior TAOs
Supporting onboarding and training of new Talent team colleagues where needed
Requirements
Experience in a customer‑facing or communication‑focused role (recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working at pace
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Proactive and confident escalating risks or challenges
