About the role

  • Talent Officer supporting end-to-end recruitment for Grayce's Development Programmes. Building candidate pipelines and enhancing candidate experiences through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment for the Grayce Development Programmes
  • Conducting candidate screening and interviews
  • Managing careers calendar and coordinating interviews
  • Responding to candidate queries via phone and email
  • Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Screening applicants and assessing their suitability for our programmes
  • Ensuring consistent quality assurance throughout recruitment activity
  • Acting as a point of contact for candidates
  • Building strong relationships to understand skills, experience, and motivations
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of Grayce programmes and recruitment processes
  • Building and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline
  • Developing an understanding of the attributes that make successful Grayce analysts
  • Escalating any risks around pipeline, skills or availability to Senior TAOs
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new Talent team colleagues where needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer‑facing or communication‑focused role (recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working at pace
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and confident escalating risks or challenges
  • Commercially aware with a people‑focused mindset
