Responsibilities
Gerir uma determinada carteira de clientes, com foco no sucesso do cliente e retenção
Implementar os softwares vendidos, acompanhar a aplicabilidade das ferramentas e garantir a manutenção e perpetuação dos produtos e processos nos clientes
Alimentar indicadores e acompanhá-los, de forma a traçar e implementar planos de ação evitando *churn* dos clientes
Conduzir treinamentos para usuários da plataforma
Gerir *stakeholders* internos e externos para garantir o sucesso dos relacionamentos comerciais
Intermediar as demandas de nossos clientes junto à equipe de produtos da Gradus Tech, auxiliando na melhoria contínua de nossos sistemas e soluções
Efetuar contatos proativos junto aos clientes da carteira gerenciada de forma a propor melhorias no processo e fomentar o engajamento no uso das plataformas
Requirements
Ensino superior completo
Experiência em empresas de soluções digitais
Experiência com gestão de clientes (experiência com CRM é um diferencial)
Domínio do Pacote Office, com Excel avançado e Power BI
Visão analítica e dinamismo
Excelente comunicação escrita e oral
Inglês e espanhol intermediário
Domínio de conceitos orçamentários é um diferencial
