About the role

  • Senior Account Manager at HiP identifying high-value revenue opportunities and cultivating customer relationships. Managing strategic growth and collaborating with teams across divisions in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish effective sales channels.
  • Create targeted marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement territory-specific sales plans.
  • Analyze territory performance metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer inquiries.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Conduct regular site visits and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative distribution programs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and HiP for new product launches.
  • Manage training and demo equipment accounts per corporate standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical product sales through distribution channels.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to work independently while effectively adapting to diverse end-user requirements and shifting market conditions.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing distribution channels.
  • Willingness to travel (50%+) as required to meet customer and business needs.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability with HiP’s chosen Fleet Insurer.
