About the role
- Structure and document IT governance processes;
- Manage third-party resources for the VP of Technology;
- Build and automate dashboards with departmental KPIs;
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous updates of dashboards;
- Centralize and monitor purchasing processes for the VP of Technology;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel;
- Experience with Power BI tools;
- Familiarity with process management and governance is desirable;
- Preferable: experience with automation tools such as SQL, Python, among others.
