Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and evaluate training programs (in-person and online), aligned with business needs.
Identify training and development needs with business areas using gap analysis, feedback and performance indicators.
Develop internal content and adapt materials for different audiences, ensuring instructional quality and engagement.
Manage partners and vendors for technical and behavioral training.
Administer LMS platforms, ensuring learning paths, courses and reports are up to date.
Measure training results and impact, building metrics and reports for the leadership team.
Support leadership development activities, such as internal programs, workshops and team-building events.
Contribute to individual development plans (IDPs), providing methodological support and tools.
Participate in engagement and climate initiatives, supporting result analysis and action plans.
Perform benchmarking on T&D and development practices in the market.
Promote development actions through employees' and leaders' Individual Development Plans.
Map talent potential, key people, critical positions and succession plans.
Review or create T&D policies and manuals, ensuring process standardization.
Identify improvements in the performance cycle and implement them each cycle; define schedules, ensure steps are completed and monitor calibration sessions.
Requirements
T&D and development methodologies (andragogy, learning paths, leadership programs, engagement surveys, performance evaluation).
Project management applied to training and development.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Basic knowledge of performance evaluation and feedback tools.
Advanced Office suite skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
Clear communication and facilitation skills.
Bachelor’s degree completed (Psychology, Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, or related fields).
Intermediate English desirable (for contact with vendors or content).
