About the role

  • Join as an Analyst for Beauty Industry working on social listening and community engagement. Analyze data to strengthen brand communication and relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Active monitoring: track mentions of brands, products, industry terms and competitors across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), forums and news websites;
  • Sentiment analysis: classify mentions (positive, negative or neutral) to measure brand health;
  • Crisis management: proactively identify spikes in negative mentions or complaints and issue alerts to prevent reputational crises;
  • Reports and insights: produce biweekly monitoring reports highlighting engagement metrics, behavioral trends and opportunities to improve communications;
  • Community management: engage with users in strategic situations, respond to inquiries and manage relationships with influencers;
  • Support: provide data to help the squad based on audience feedback and comments.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Portuguese: mastery of the Portuguese language to ensure high-quality brand communication;
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Sprout/Sprout Social);
  • Analytical profile, with strong ability to interpret data and trends;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for reports and insights;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of information;
  • Ability to manage schedules and deadlines effectively;
  • Data-driven strategic mindset;
  • Proactivity in identifying opportunities and proposing solutions;
  • Previous experience in the beauty market is a plus.
