About the role

  • Building referral source relationships in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community.
  • Work to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources.
  • Provide prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
  • Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
  • Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
