About the role

  • The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their defined geographic territory and exceeding assigned revenue expectations representing Astanza’s entire aesthetic laser portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Guide prospective new customers through the sales process efficiently and effectively.
  • Create urgency utilizing professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales.
  • Negotiate details of sale and manage funding within company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
  • Top 20% performer. President’s Club–level results preferred.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of exceeding quota with complex sales cycles including multiple touch points with multiple influencers and decision makers
  • Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
  • High volume lead generation in the field
  • Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
