Requirements
5-10+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
Top 20% performer. President’s Club–level results preferred.
Demonstrated/proven track record of exceeding quota with complex sales cycles including multiple touch points with multiple influencers and decision makers
Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
High volume lead generation in the field
Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to present and effectively communicate complex clinical and technical data to the audiences of various backgrounds and knowledge levels.
