About the role

  • Senior Account Manager focusing on B2B account management in digital marketing for gocomo. Building and nurturing strategic client relationships while driving growth and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management and strategic development of our accounts
  • Establish, maintain and expand relationships with relevant stakeholders at decision-maker level – business units, procurement and executive management
  • Lead and facilitate kick-offs, QBRs and regular client meetings
  • Identify growth, cross-selling and innovation opportunities within existing accounts
  • Early detection of project challenges and close collaboration with Operations and internal teams
  • Develop and implement tailored expansion and customer-success strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Confident, persuasive presence at decision-maker level as well as strong presentation and consulting skills
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a keen sense for profitability, customer retention and growth opportunities
  • Solid understanding of social media, platform mechanics and performance-based KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, high social competence and a strong team- and service-oriented attitude
  • Structured, independent working style with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Very good German skills (at least C2) and business-fluent English in spoken and written form
  • Active network of marketing decision-makers in relevant industries
  • Experience working with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
