About the role

  • Key Account Manager for Strategy & Analytics at gocomo. Driving client relationships and strategic positioning with a focus on project management and client consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive management, consulting and further development of existing Strategy & Analytics clients as well as other client projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders at client organizations
  • Strategically position gocomo across all client business areas
  • Plan, manage and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to expand business
  • End-to-end project management including interface coordination and early issue detection
  • Support acquisition of new clients in the Strategy & Analytics area
  • Implement cross- and upselling strategies within existing accounts

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the digital sector, marketing or consulting
  • Proven project management skills including coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to negotiate confidently at C-level and with senior decision-makers
  • Aptitude for presentation-driven communication and KPI analysis in a social media context
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, pricing strategies and margin evaluation
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and cross-functional teamwork
  • Service-oriented, empathetic, resilient, structured, and with an ownership mindset
  • Very good German (at least C1) and negotiation-level English, both written and spoken
