Responsibilities
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director, Executive TA.
Partner and actively build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders across different organizations.
Work with assigned functional area’s Human Resource partners and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies.
Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of executive recruiting plans.
Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding processes.
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of executive recruiting experience is required.
Undergraduate degree or relevant recruiting experience.
Previous Executive Recruiting Experience directly from Top Tech companies such as Meta, Facebook, Alphabet, Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Uber, or related Tech Startups like Waymo, OpenAI, etc.
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with passive, niche, high demand niche executive talent.
Ability to engage, retain, and negotiate with top executive talent candidates through to interview phases to offer acceptance.
