About the role

  • Executive Recruiter at GM focused on building strategic partnerships for talent acquisition. Driving recruitment strategies for top executive talent in the evolving mobility sector.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director, Executive TA.
  • Partner and actively build collaborative relationships with hiring leaders across different organizations.
  • Work with assigned functional area’s Human Resource partners and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies.
  • Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of executive recruiting plans.
  • Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of executive recruiting experience is required.
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant recruiting experience.
  • Previous Executive Recruiting Experience directly from Top Tech companies such as Meta, Facebook, Alphabet, Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Uber, or related Tech Startups like Waymo, OpenAI, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with passive, niche, high demand niche executive talent.
  • Ability to engage, retain, and negotiate with top executive talent candidates through to interview phases to offer acceptance.
