Responsibilities

  • shape the future of services for children and families across Gloucestershire
  • lead countywide programmes that strengthen practice and accelerate improvement

  • empower leaders and teams for better outcomes for children and young people
  • ensure services are inspection-ready and resilient

Requirements

  • expertise in children’s social care, SEND or education services
  • strong leadership skills
  • commitment to promoting sustainable, evidence-based improvement
  • empathy and understanding of challenges faced by children and families
  • ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
