About the role

  • Value Added Sales Representative introducing new products to existing clients for revenue growth. Collaborating with teams to provide timely technical information and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact your existing clients to introduce new products and services with the goal of increasing their share of revenue.
  • Provide accurate and timely technical information, guidance, and support regarding the organization's products and services.
  • Understand their technical questions, assess their needs, and suggest or promote solutions.
  • Conduct research and develop proposals for new solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Use databases or other computerized systems to keep documentation up to date.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • High school diploma and B2B experience in either sales or customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the credit card industry
