Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions

  • Monitor team activity and track performance metrics

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license needed for client site visits
  • Live in area relative to job posting location
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least two years of relevant experience
