About the role
- Manager Capacity & Fulfilment overseeing control rooms and capacity planning teams at CEVA Logistics. Driving operational efficiency and leading teams across multiple warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Bijdragen aan doelen, investeringen, budgetten en vertalen van forecasts naar duidelijke businessdoelstellingen

- Leidinggeven aan team, inclusief coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
Requirements
- Afgeronde hbo/wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting
- Minimaal 5–8 jaar leidinggevende en relevante werkervaring in een analytische, operationele of control-omgeving
- Beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels op professioneel niveau
- Aantoonbare ervaring met aansturing op ontwikkeling van organisatie, processen en mensen
- Data-georiënteerde werkstijl
