Responsibilities
Provide strong, visible leadership to the Delivery Consultant / SME team, building trusted relationships and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coach, mentor, and support team members to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes and meet individual and team performance targets.
Set clear expectations, objectives, and development plans aligned to customer satisfaction, revenue, and GP targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skills development initiatives.
Own senior-level customer relationships and act as the escalation point for delivery-related matters across assigned accounts.
Ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes through effective delivery, optimisation, and ongoing value realisation.
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers, positioning Pinewood.AI as strategic advisors rather than vendors.
Maintain overall accountability for the successful delivery of Pinnacle and Pinewood Platform implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
Ensure delivery standards, best practices, and governance frameworks are consistently applied across all customer engagements.
Work closely with Project Management and Support teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
Be accountable for delivery-led revenue growth, retention, and GP performance across your customer portfolio.
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, optimisation, and re-implementation in collaboration with Delivery Consultants and Account teams.
Support and contribute to sales pipeline activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, pricing input, and commercial negotiations where required.
Develop and maintain delivery, resource, and account plans that align with broader business objectives.
Analyse delivery performance, customer feedback, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Act as the key liaison between Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in a delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership role within a technology or SaaS environment.
Strong automotive industry experience.
Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build high performing, engaged teams.
Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and profitability through delivery.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage confidently at both operational and executive customer levels.
Strong understanding of complex product ecosystems and the ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
