About the role

  • Delivery Manager leading and enabling high-performing Delivery teams for Pinewood.AI's Automotive Intelligence Platform. Focused on customer outcomes and value realization in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, visible leadership to the Delivery Consultant / SME team, building trusted relationships and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes and meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Set clear expectations, objectives, and development plans aligned to customer satisfaction, revenue, and GP targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skills development initiatives.
  • Own senior-level customer relationships and act as the escalation point for delivery-related matters across assigned accounts.
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes through effective delivery, optimisation, and ongoing value realisation.
  • Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers, positioning Pinewood.AI as strategic advisors rather than vendors.
  • Maintain overall accountability for the successful delivery of Pinnacle and Pinewood Platform implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
  • Ensure delivery standards, best practices, and governance frameworks are consistently applied across all customer engagements.
  • Work closely with Project Management and Support teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Be accountable for delivery-led revenue growth, retention, and GP performance across your customer portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, optimisation, and re-implementation in collaboration with Delivery Consultants and Account teams.
  • Support and contribute to sales pipeline activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, pricing input, and commercial negotiations where required.
  • Develop and maintain delivery, resource, and account plans that align with broader business objectives.
  • Analyse delivery performance, customer feedback, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the key liaison between Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership role within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong automotive industry experience.
  • Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build high performing, engaged teams.
  • Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and profitability through delivery.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage confidently at both operational and executive customer levels.
  • Strong understanding of complex product ecosystems and the ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Customer-centric and empathetic leadership style, ensuring both customers and team members feel supported and valued.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for onsite customer and team engagement.
