- Develop Metrics: Create and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve logistics operations.

- Innovation: Develop an automation strategy to reduce costs and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify, develop and track new opportunities for optimizing logistics and delivery processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely within Sourcing and business partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, analytics, business or related field of study required.
- 3PL management experience
- Experience with logistics software and data analysis tools, Microsoft BI
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, warehouse management, or related field
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally; estimated travel 30% or less.
- Professional certifications such as APICS certifications or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of SAP 6.0/ S4 Hana
