Responsibilities
Execute and refine our market entry and expansion strategy across North America.
Develop and execute proactive outreach initiatives, including leveraging internal networks.
Analyze historical North American sales pipeline data to identify opportunities and re-engage promising leads.
Own the full sales cycle—from first contact through negotiation and closing.
Act as the voice of the market by providing feedback and insights to product and strategy teams.
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience with a strong commercial focus (Sales Manager, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles)
Proven experience leading teams
Experience in high-growth startup environments is highly valued
Highly proactive and self-driven
Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection during early market development
Ambitious, with a strong drive to exceed targets
Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
Fluent English
