About the role

  • Full Cycle Recruiter responsible for leading recruitment across business functions at an AI startup focused on real-world impact. Partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting for GTM/ G&A roles from intake through close
  • Partnering with functional leaders/hiring managers to define success profiles and hiring plans
  • Driving search strategy for specialized roles across the business
  • Managing candidate experience with a high bar for clarity, speed, and conviction
  • Running offer strategy and closing in partnership with hiring managers
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent tradeoffs, timing, and market realities

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across sales and/or business functions
  • Have hired individual contributors in fast growing companies
  • Can translate business needs into sharp candidate narratives and targeted outreach
  • Are data minded but not data blind, using metrics to inform judgment not replace it
  • Operate well in ambiguity and enjoy building structure where none exists
  • Care deeply about quality, not just speed
  • Believe applied AI will reshape how institutions operate
