About the role

  • Regional Account Manager at Givaudan creating taste and wellbeing solutions. Collaborating globally to enhance customer experiences in the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Customer facing including managing major customer issues to a smooth resolution.
  • Collaboration with regional technical staff to clarify customer needs and expectations.
  • Own and negotiate all agreements with customers (rebates, confidentiality etc).
  • Regularly reviews and delivers status reports on project progress.

Requirements

  • Understanding the customers brands and the brand strategies
  • Building key customer relationships inside and outside the region
  • Managing all major price negotiations
  • Taking proactive approach to develop sales to customer.
  • Act as regional communication focal point for customer, facilitating flow of information to sales and technical groups.
