About the role

  • Marketing Manager driving fragrance innovations and consumer experiences across the Middle East & North Africa. Collaborating with a multicultural team and influencing strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build in-depth understanding of market, consumer, and category dynamics across Fabric & Home Care.
  • Track macro trends, competitive activities, emerging brands, and innovations shaping the category.
  • Lead consumer and market analyses to identify gaps, white spaces, and business opportunities.
  • Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to gather behavioural, attitudinal, and olfactive learnings.
  • Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations for internal and client teams.
  • Translate market and consumer insights into engaging concepts, visuals, and fragrance directions.
  • Drive the creation of proactive marketing tools, trend stories, and promotional materials.
  • Create and deliver tailored, high-impact presentations for key clients across the region.
  • Provide immersive client experiences —workshops, market immersions, innovation sessions and displays.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Evaluation, and Creation to align on fragrance directions that strengthen our winning strategy in briefs.
  • Engage with the global marketing community to share MENA insights and ensure alignment with worldwide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2C marketing , ideally within fragrances, consumer goods, ingredients, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of MENA markets and consumers , with an ability to translate insights into meaningful ideas.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact presentations and storytelling materials.
  • Comfort working with fragrance language, olfactory families, and sensorial communication (training can be provided).
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management, working seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English ; Arabic or French is an advantage.
  • Passionate, curious, creative, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Willing to travel within MENA for client meetings, workshops, and market visits.
