Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy to support new product development and commercial sales initiatives.
Lead and coordinate customer engagement activities in Santa Clara and Cincinnati, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Build and nurture relationships with key clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, leveraging their expertise to inform product development and commercialization plans.
Partner with regional and global teams to integrate customer feedback into product design, business modeling, and commercial strategies.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs, from early-stage development through commercial launch.
Monitor and analyze engagement outcomes, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Effectively present and communicate the value of the OTTAVA program to diverse audiences, crafting compelling narratives that build excitement, inspire confidence, and clearly articulate the unique benefits—ultimately motivating stakeholders and customers to choose our solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of proven experience leading customer engagement strategies for new product development and commercial sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel between Santa Clara and Cincinnati as needed.
